BACK ISSUE #29 is the special "Mutants" issue which includes a Dave Cockrum cover. Since the book is solicited on the
TwoMorrows website, I suppose it’s safe to say that the article that I’m writing for this issue has to do with John Byrne and Chris Claremont’s UNCANNY X-MEN. Thhaat’s right. I’m writing an article about some of the greatest comics ever made. In fact, it was Byrne and Terry Austin’s artwork on UNCANNY X-MEN that convinced me to seriously pursue a career as a comic book inker.
BACK ISSUE #29 is scheduled to be on sale in July.
While you're talking about Dave Cockrum, please mention that his widow Paty is selling off his personal collection of comics and X-Men file copies. Details are available here: thecliffordmethod.blogspot.com

Dave used to live in my area. On occasion, I would bump into Dave at the local comic book shop. The first time I met Dave I was like, "HiDaveIamafanofyourworkIinkforArchie!". I was so nervous.
Dave seemed like a wonderful guy. He reminded me of a very jovial Santa Claus with his large belly and white beard. The first time I met Dave he was wearing a blue t-shirt with the Superman symbol on it. I thought that was kinda cool. :)
